The trip is a long day but there's lots to see and do, we left 8am and returned around 8pm so don't plan anything after. Mr Irfan talked about various as we drove past which was very interesting, and also offered a few extra stops with things to do, in addition to slowing down so we could take pictures. “Really enjoyed this day trip to the Dambulla and Sigiriya from Colombo. The driver was very knowledgeable and professional. I also did a safari afterwards which was excellent, the elephant’s close up were amazing. I would just say it’s a very long day and you need to be reasonably fit to go up all the steps at Sigiriya but very worthwhile when you reach the top. Overall it was a fantastic day trip, very well organised”

“Caution about the length of time for the tour. Because of the distance needed to cover, our guide (Sean) rushed to show us most of the places but we still did not have time for the river tour, pagoda and lunch within the 8-10 hrs advertised and be back to our ship on time. There are a lot of places to cover. He was however excellent, accommodating, and knowledgeable. We had a couple of other time challenges (late start) but most importantly is that the supplier was empathetic and understanding. Not all tours go smoothly for whatever reason, but my wife and I rate this company and guide full marks…”

“Everything went so smoothly from the whatsapp messages informing us of the taxi drivers name car and pick up time, the taxi was smart and air conditioned and driver was welcoming, the safari guide was very quick to spot animals and tell us what they were and he really cared about the wildlife himself even stopping to move a little creature off the track. Lunch was a typical sri lankan menu and the quality was excellent. I wasn’t sure whether to book as the price seemed high but it was well worth it and exceeded my expectations by a long way. Yala is a beautiful place.”

“Suresh was an amazing tour guide, he was very knowledgeable about all the sights he took me to. Suresh showed up on time, to ensure we got to the places at a good time. For lunch he brought me to a really good restaurant that was not expensive. He took me up the mountain and we got some really good pictures.
