“After waiting for 15 minutes message them and then after over 45 minutes no answer and no tuk tuk so left the hotel and found a another tuk tuk who did the same trip less! Did get answer after about one hour and said tuk tuk on the way, but too late. Did get a refund no problem via customer service”
